The British Boxing Board of Control have suspended Billy Joe Saunders sick video, where he is hitting a punch bag and advising viewers how to hit their female partners if tempers flare duding the current COVID-19 pandemic lock down, which angered many when posted on social media.
Saunders had publicly apologised over the matter, however on their website the BBBofC state: “having considered comments made by Billy Joe Saunders on social media have suspended his boxer’s licence pending a hearing under the Board’s misconduct regulation, at a time and venue to be confirmed as soon as possible.”
