If you are purchasing on behalf of others, it is your responsibility as the ticket purchaser to ensure all members have assessed themselves as suitable to attend. Before attending any Covid-Secure events at the Arena, customers must first assess their own individual risks to establish it is suitable for them to attend. Customers should ask themselves the following questions: Am I classed as vulnerable to Covid19 and therefore been advised to shield?Have I been advised by Test and Trace to isolate? Has the NHS App advised me to self-isolate? Am I displaying any symptoms of Covid 19 within 14 days of the event? Have I presented as positive for Covid 19 within 14 days of the event? Do I have any issue with wearing a face mask or visor for the duration of the event? Am I unable to travel safely and in a socially distanced fashion to and from the venue? If the customer feels that they don’t agree with any element of that code of conduct, then they should also assess themselves as unsuitable to attend. PLAN YOUR VISIT Arrival If you’re travelling by public transport we’ve asked you to wear your face covering and maintain distancing throughout. Our guards will be wearing PPE and wherever possible carry out searches face-to-back. A reminder of the in house rules will be there at the door to ensure you’re up to date and happy to proceed. We may hold up the queue briefly in order to stop gatherings in the lobby. We’ve deployed extra staff to get you inside the venue quickly and safely. Inside Additional stewards will be on hand to show you where you’re seated and where your nearest bar and toilet facilities are.Our bars and toilets will have managed queue systems to ensure you’re allowed suitable space for distancing and comfort. There’s floor markings to help you understand where you can stand safely. You’ll see additional hand sanitising facilities all over the venue. Sanitise regularly and help us all stay safe. There’ll be announcements regarding covid safety throughout the night. You’ll already be following the rules, but a reminder of essential standards is always helpful! Leaving You’ll more than likely leave the venue through a different door to the entrance. This will help us avoid a large build up and get you out quicker.Remember, once you’re outside you can remove your face covering, but if you’re car sharing or on public transport you’ll need to keep it on.
